Description

Human Resources Compliance Manager

Responsibilities:

The HR Compliance Manager will be responsible for all compliance matters relating to Affirmative Action Programs and equal employment opportunities and workplace diversity.

The incumbent will be accountable for preparing three affirmative action programs covering a total population of more than 2,000 employees and for performing quarterly audits of the progress toward goal attainment. 

The incumbent will work closely with HR Generalists and business management regarding recruitment and internal movement.  The incumbent will also be responsible for the annual preparation of EEO-1 and Vets 100 reports.  The incumbent will analyze data for preparing the AAP, as well as making recommendations for process enhancements and successfully implementing strategies for meeting goals.




Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Three years’ experience developing Affirmative Action Programs.
• Knowledge of OFCCP regulations as well as federal, state and local employment laws and statutes.
• Ability to adapt and respond to changing conditions and to anticipate problems and solutions to issues regarding AAP.
• Strong analytical skills, with data manipulation and statistical analysis.
• Excellent written and oral skills.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking system.
