* Responsible for managing an order pick and load operation for PepsiCo Chilled DSD in our distribution center in Jersey City, NJ.
* Responsible for managing 7-9 unionized hourly associates and 1-2 non-exempt personnel
* Accountable for ensuring the accurate forecasting of product supply, managing productivity and ensuring the accurate picking and loading of distributor orders.

Requirements |
* BS/BA degree in Logistic/Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Business Administration and at least 3 years experience in logistics or distribution management.
* People management experience, preferably in a unionized environment.
* Multiple shift responsibility and duties may be required.
* Must also possess excellent communication skills and demonstrated knowledge of up to date tools for inventory and supply chain management.
